Documented Testimony
The Art Without Boundaries Association
    You made it...good for you!
Read on...here  are some more questions. Look for the next instruction as you read...

Q: Where is the School of MnemeTherapy? How long does it take to go
    through the program?

A: Just like the AWB Association, SMT is virtual. The definition of school is "an
association organized to promote art or science or education." Nothing there about
    brick and mortar.

Virtual just means that the curriculum is on-line and you will take the course at your
own pace from the comfort of your home. The curriculum includes reading, e-trips,
instructional videos and self administered tests monitored by a Mentor. (And it was
written by an artist for artists.)

Since we have no paid staff, we use the Apprentice/ Mentor program. You will be
apprenticed to an MMT. (Master MnemeTherapist) That means your mentor will
guide you through the on-line curriculum, grade your tests and certify you when
    you've completed the curriculum.

How long it takes is up to you.

We have had students make it through in 2 months and some take up to a year.
(usually because of finances) When you've successfully completed the curriculum,
you will have the choice of where you take your on-site final: in your mentor's area or
    yours.
Q & A
with Founder, Noell Hammer
"Art Without Boundaries truly IS a
boundless experience in the arts that
anyone, young or old, can enjoy and
benefit from if they are “just willing to
try”!  My experience with AWBA has
been pure joy! Successes I’ve
enjoyed in the my personal and
professional art experience “pale in
comparison” at seeing firsthand the
pleasure people get from seeing their
own painting unfold before their eyes
and physical and mental limitations
often improve! Serving others with
your talents is the ultimate joy in life!"

This short video is a wonderful example
    of improvement in receptive aphasia,
the ability to understand the spoken
    word; expressive aphasia, the ability
to use words correctly and agnosia,
being able to interpret the senses, in
    this case, sight.

    Listen to Irving's confused sentences
while painting, click on the underlined
words above: "how long it takes is up to
you" to move on, and then how clearly
he spoke after the session. We were
excited that his wife was visiting and we
    could document her enthusiastic
    assessment of the session.

Although our goal is to provide a rewarding experience, some clients show dramatic improvements in just one session of
