The Association Management Company REPLACES the high cost of paying for :

  • Maintenance/Insurance for an office or building

  • Out-sourced web design and maintenance

Because the AMC is operated by AWB Founder, Noell Hammer, we have a unique
relationship with the organization, which is reflected in the way MnemeCorp is
compensated.

The Association Management Company (AMC) is compensated in three ways:

  1. Dues minus expenses
  2. A performance-based Mentor bonus (paid from membership fee for recruiting).
  3. Training Bonus: Membership fee (minus) Mentor bonus for overseeing the training
    and continuing education program.

In addition to the recruiting, training, certification and continuing education
program, the AMC handles these day to day operations and responsibilities:

  • Answer e-mails and phone calls
  • Forward requests from website to Chapter Owners
  • Bill paying
  • Accounting
  • Posting Monthly Financial statement
  • Web design, maintenance
  • Design and update Chapter pages
  • Dues Invoicing & receipts for online payments
  • Track and record dues/invoice payments
  • Track general ledger account information
  • Update Chapter Registry
  • Maintain and contribute to 3 blogs
  • Provide Marketing tools for new Chapters (SmileBox)
  • Co-ordination and communication for Board meetings
  • Host conference calls
  • File Reports with State of FL and IRS
  • Media Relations

    Because we use an Association Management company, AWBA is able
    to operate without continual fund raising
